Welcome

Welcome to Perceptual Truths Therapy. A safe space for you to work on you with your therapist. I specialize in trauma-focused care using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you process your issue in a healthy, empathetic and non-judgmental space. You don't have to work on you alone.

All About Me

Hi, I’m Jasmine Jackson (Jas),

As the founder of Perceptual Truths, I'm dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and strength in their journeys. My passion for this work began with a deep desire to challenge the outdated idea that “what happens in the home stays in the home.” I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to speak freely and feel truly heard.

My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly. While I’m here to listen with care and compassion, I’m also here to gently challenge negative thinking and encourage new perspectives—because growth often comes from the work we do together.

I specialize in trauma recovery, family systems, and relational counseling. Whether you're navigating complex family dynamics, healing from past wounds, or working to strengthen your relationships, my focus is always on finding practical, solution-focused strategies that support your goals.

I believe therapy is a partnership—we’re a team. And I’m not just a therapist who nods along; I’ll ask the tough questions, hold space for your truth, and support you in building a future that feels peaceful and fulfilling.

So, let’s work together to process the past in the present.
We got this!

Presently Processing the Past TM

the capacity to see, take in, process and make sense of the past in the present moment.
