As the founder of Perceptual Truths, I'm dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and strength in their journeys. My passion for this work began with a deep desire to challenge the outdated idea that “what happens in the home stays in the home.” I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to speak freely and feel truly heard.

While I’m here to listen with care and compassion, I’m also here to gently challenge negative thinking and encourage new perspectives—because growth often comes from the work we do together.
