Trauma Focused Therapy

Perception of Self
Trauma can profoundly impact how we see ourselves, relate to others, and feel safe in the world. Whether the trauma was recent or occurred years ago, its effects can linger in the body, mind, and nervous system. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can begin to process and heal from these experiences at their own pace.
Areas of Expertise

Childhood Abuse
Domestic Violence
Complex PTSD
Sex Trafficking / Assault
Individuals, Couples, or Families
I use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, narrative therapy, and parts work (e.g., inner child healing) to support recovery. My goal is to empower clients not only to heal from the past, but to reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater resilience and self-compassion.
How We Help
My approach balances warmth, structure, and respect for the teen’s growing independence. I also collaborate with parents or caregivers (when appropriate) to strengthen the teen’s support system at home, while always honoring the teen’s need for autonomy and trust.
