When and how am I billed for therapy sessions?
You will be billed after each session for the full fee of the session with the card(s) you have on file. If you have an HSA card on file, we will bill the HSA card first and if it does not go through, then the personal card on file will be billed.
Does the previous session have to be paid before the next session?
Yes, all sessions must be paid before the next session. If the Fee for the previous session is not paid before the next session, the remaining sessions will be cancelled. Slots fill up fast so the same day and time cannot be guaranteed.
Do you provide superbills?
Yes, superbills are available upon request. Please note that there is an additional administrative fee for preparing these documents.
